Job Summary:

We are seeking a Public Relations Officer (UAEN) to manage government-related applications and ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements. This role also involves supporting site coordination, document management, and external relations for the company’s construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• License Management: Renew and modify trade licenses, PO Box, Ejari (office & labor camp), and establishment cards with authorities like DED, DM, MOHRE, DHA, and Immigration.

• Visa and Labor Documentation: Submit and follow up on visa and labor permit applications, and engineering accreditation processes.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure company operations comply with UAE labor and immigration laws.

• Inspection Coordination: Attend Dubai Municipality inspections and provide required documentation.

• Employee Documentation: Update and manage employee records through Smart Channel (Immigration system).

• Administrative Duties: Manage mail collection, official document handling, and site office coordination.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a PRO in the construction industry within the UAE.

• License: Valid UAE Driving License required.

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of government procedures and compliance.

  • Proficient in document processing and external coordination.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
