Larsen & Toubro is hiring a UAE National Public Relations Officer (PRO) for its Sharjah operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring government compliance and facilitating smooth handling of all labor, immigration, and legal matters in alignment with UAE regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all activities related to government processes, visas, labor documentation, and legal compliance.

• Liaise and coordinate with various UAE government departments (e.g., Immigration, Labour, Economic Departments).

• Process employment visas, residency permits, medicals, and Emirates IDs.

• Ensure the company’s operations comply with all UAE laws and regulatory changes.

• Maintain updated knowledge of relevant regulations and proactively advise the company of any changes.

• Prepare and submit required government forms and documentation accurately and timely.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.

• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and administrative abilities.

• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.

• Organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications:

• UAE National (mandatory)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a PRO or similar government liaison role within the UAE
