Nokia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Public Relations Officer to serve as the vital link between the organization and UAE government entities. This full-time, on-site role is exclusively open to UAE Nationals and offers an opportunity to contribute to Nokia’s operations through regulatory compliance, immigration services, and government relations. You will work closely with HR and legal teams to maintain seamless processes while enhancing Nokia’s standing in the region.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between Nokia and UAE government departments.

Manage visa and immigration activities including applications, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID handling.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR documentation standards.

Oversee trade licenses, labor cards, and ensure all documents are submitted and renewed on time.

Track regulatory changes in UAE labor and immigration laws, and advise management accordingly.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials.

Resolve legal or compliance issues proactively.

Contribute to process improvement within PR and operations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.

UAE National (mandatory)
-
3–5 years of UAE-based experience in a similar role.

Proficient in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

In-depth knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and municipality regulations.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Valid UAE driving license.
Preferred:

Established network with UAE government offices.

Experience in document management and regulatory updates.
