Jassim Alsuwaidi Advocates and Partners is looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government relations, licensing, and visa processes across ADGM and UAE Mainland jurisdictions. The role involves handling visa applications, corporate licensing, regulatory submissions, and acting as the main liaison with government authorities. This is a full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full visa and immigration cycle: new applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID issuance for ADGM and Mainland UAE

• Handle company licensing, branch registration, amendments, and renewals with ADGM RA, DED (Dubai & Abu Dhabi), MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and other authorities

• Monitor expiry of employee documents ensuring timely renewals or cancellations

• Serve as primary contact with government departments including ADGM RA, DED, Free Zones, Immigration, Labor, Notary Public, Police

• Prepare and process corporate documents such as NOCs, attestations, legal translations, power of attorneys

• Maintain accurate records of government communications, fees, and submissions

• Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes to ensure compliance

• Support employee onboarding through coordination of medicals, e-signatures, and digital filing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ADGM online portals and Mainland e-services (MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, DED)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
