Chalhoub Group, the leading partner and creator of luxury experiences in the Middle East, is seeking a Public Relations Officer (Emiratisation) to join its Dubai office. With over 60 years of excellence in luxury retail, distribution, and innovation, Chalhoub Group continues to expand across fashion, beauty, watches, jewelry, and lifestyle categories. This role will serve as the main liaison between the company and government bodies, ensuring compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations while supporting employees and business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with government authorities for applications, approvals, and renewals related to visas, work permits, and licenses.

• Manage official submissions for immigration, residency, visit visas, and trade licenses in line with UAE laws.

• Ensure timely completion of employment, residence, termination, and labor card processes.

• Maintain compliance with labor regulations and prevent violations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments.

• Represent the company in labor, immigration, and police-related matters.

• Collaborate daily with HR Officers to coordinate employee requirements.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
