The company is hiring a skilled Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and smooth coordination with authorities. This role is key to handling employee documentation, trade licenses, and maintaining excellent relations with government offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor contracts.

• Handle company trade license renewals, establishment card updates, and other legal documents.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor, immigration, and municipal regulations.

• Maintain strong professional relations with ministries, free zone authorities, and other government entities.

• Keep accurate records of applications, transactions, and official correspondence.

• Advise management on changes to UAE laws and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (mandatory).

• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and government procedures.

• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written & spoken).

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
