Mr. Nice Drive Limousine LLC, a premium limousine service provider based in Dubai, is looking for a highly organized and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related procedures and ensure legal compliance across our operations. This full-time, on-site role is crucial for maintaining the smooth flow of administrative and regulatory processes, especially in coordination with authorities like RTA, MOHRE, Immigration, and DED.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all RTA processes, including vehicle registration, renewal, permits, and NOCs.

• Handle visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for company staff and drivers.

• Oversee trade license renewals and ensure all corporate documentation is up to date.

• Liaise with government departments (RTA, MOHRE, Immigration, DED) for all relevant services.

• Submit and collect official documents from government authorities and institutions.

• Keep track of UAE laws and regulations related to the limousine and transport sector.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all government-related transactions and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE-based experience as a Public Relations Officer, preferably in transportation or limousine sectors.

• Excellent knowledge of UAE labor laws and experience working with government portals such as RTA, MOHRE, and Immigration.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage critical deadlines with minimal supervision.
