International Management Consultancy is hiring an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage and process all government-related documentation and ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations. The role involves handling visas, contracts, company licenses, and official registrations, along with coordinating employee insurance and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE PRO experience, excellent knowledge of government portals, and the ability to build effective relationships with authorities and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process new, renewal, and cancellation of visas, labor contracts, Emirates IDs, medicals, and attestations.

• Manage company licenses, renewals, and registrations with DED, Free Zone, and Chamber of Commerce.

• Submit applications via MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Tas’heel, and other government portals.

• Liaise with typing centers for efficient documentation and approvals.

• Coordinate employee health insurance with providers (Daman, Mar Insurance, etc.).

• Maintain accurate records of employee and company documents.

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and all relevant government requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, HR, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE PRO experience with visa processing.

• Knowledge of insurance handling with providers such as Daman and Mar Insurance.

• Strong connections with typing centers and government desks.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
