M I R A CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is looking for an experienced and reliable Public Relations Officer (PRO) to handle government-related procedures across a diversified group of companies in Dubai. The role requires strong hands-on expertise with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DED, Tas-heel, Amer, and other UAE government portals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks for different business entities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee-related documentation, including visa applications, labor contracts, Emirates IDs, and medicals.

• Handle employment and residency visa processes (applications, renewals, cancellations) via MOHRE and GDRFA.

• Ensure timely renewal and amendments of trade licenses and company documents with DED and other authorities.

• Coordinate with Dubai Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, MOFA, ICP, and other departments for company requirements.

• Support company formation, license modifications, and legal documentation across business units.

• Manage Tas-heel, Amer, and other legal/governmental procedures efficiently.

• Maintain centralized records of all company and employee government documents.

• Stay updated with UAE labor laws, immigration policies, and regulatory updates.

• Work closely with HR and Admin teams to provide full PRO support across the group.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a PRO in the UAE, preferably with multi-entity companies.

• Bachelor’s degree with strong knowledge of UAE government portals and procedures.

• Proficiency in UAE Labor Law, GDRFA, DED regulations, licensing, and visa processes.

• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work independently without close supervision.

• UAE driving license preferred.
