Sanofi is seeking a Public Affairs Manager to lead external stakeholder engagement and influence healthcare policy in the UAE. This full-time, on-site role will focus on patient access, strategic policy advocacy, and collaborations with health authorities, patient advocacy groups, and key industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, market access, and public affairs strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute public affairs strategies to influence healthcare policy and patient access.

• Build and maintain relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and key opinion leaders.

• Lead collaborations with patient advocacy groups and champion patient perspectives.

• Monitor and analyze healthcare regulations and policy developments.

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholder engagement to achieve business objectives.

• Design and implement creative engagement approaches, including advisory boards and industry coalitions.

• Lead patient advocacy initiatives and develop support programs.

• Oversee project management, reporting, and digital transformation initiatives within public affairs.

• Ensure alignment of public affairs strategies with commercial objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, or related field.

• 8–10 years’ experience in healthcare, with 5+ years in market access or public affairs.

• Specialty Care experience is a plus.

• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proven ability to influence policy changes and navigate political environments.

• Ethical decision-making and commitment to compliance.

• Fluency in English; local language proficiency preferred.
