Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, is hiring a Public Affairs Associate (UAE National) to join its Dubai office. This role is integral in supporting the Government Relations and Sustainability Manager, ensuring effective engagement with governmental bodies, stakeholders, and promoting sustainable practices within the organization. The position is ideal for professionals passionate about public policy, sustainability, and corporate advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments at local, regional, and national levels.

• Represent Nestlé at industry events, conferences, and forums to strengthen stakeholder relationships.

• Assist in developing advocacy strategies to influence policy in alignment with Nestlé’s goals and values.

• Conduct research on policy issues, sustainability trends, and best practices in government relations.

• Prepare briefing materials, policy papers, and advocacy documents for internal and external use.

• Support coordination of meetings, events, and outreach with government officials and industry associations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability and government relations into projects and operations.

• Stay updated on emerging corporate sustainability and government relations practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in public or corporate affairs.

• Strong understanding of national regulations, policies, and governance processes.

• Knowledge of influence networks and channel strategies.

• Experience in media relations or corporate communications.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.

• Experience working with non-profit organizations is a plus.
