This on-site role involves supporting ground operations including pick-up, delivery, dispatch, packing, and customer service in both domestic and international sectors.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, team-oriented, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. As part of the FedEx team, you will be instrumental in ensuring safe, efficient, and timely logistics services while upholding the company’s globally recognized standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day courier operations including pick-up and delivery of packages.

• Perform domestic and international logistics tasks, such as dispatch, packing, sorting, and scanning.

• Provide excellent customer service during delivery and collection processes.

• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to standard operating procedures.

• Work collaboratively with the ramp, dispatch, and sort operations teams.

• Maintain documentation and accurate tracking of all deliveries and shipments.

• Ensure operational processes are completed safely and in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Effective planning and organizational skills.

• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Previous experience in courier or logistics operations is preferred but not mandatory.
