ManpowerGroup Middle East is recruiting a qualified Physiotherapist or Clinical/Child Psychologist for a newly established outpatient center specializing in Paediatric Neurological Developmental Disorders (NDD) such as ASD, ADHD, and learning disorders. The role involves conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based therapies, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting families in managing emotional and behavioral challenges. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about shaping the future of pediatric developmental care.
Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments, developmental evaluations, and diagnostic interviews for children with suspected or confirmed NDDs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, play therapy, behavioral interventions).

Provide individual and family therapy focused on emotional regulation, behavioral issues, and social skills.

Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, and educators to ensure holistic care.

Offer parent counseling and guidance for managing home and school challenges.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessments and progress notes.

Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions and care planning.

Contribute to program improvements and service development.

Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and ethical standards.

Engage in continuous professional development and internal knowledge sharing.
Skills & Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical or Child Psychology, Physiotherapy, or related field.

Certification from a recognized regulatory body.
-
DHA license or eligibility.
-
5–10 years’ pediatric clinical experience, preferably in developmental/neurological disorders.

Proficiency with tools such as ADOS, Vineland, WISC (advantage).

Strong communication and emotional intelligence.
-
Experience working in multicultural, interdisciplinary teams.
-
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages an asset.
