Provider Acquisition Specialist – Wellnooz
Wellnooz Dubai , UAE

Wellnooz, a leading wellness platform, is seeking a Provider Acquisition Specialist to lead the onboarding and engagement of early wellness providers, including clinics, wellness professionals, spas, and freelancers. This hybrid, full-time role involves ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, providing training and support, and driving adoption of the platform. The specialist will collaborate closely with the product and technical teams to relay feedback, report issues, and suggest improvements, enhancing the overall provider experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provider Onboarding & Engagement:

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new providers on the platform.

  • Conduct product demos and training sessions to ensure effective platform use.

  • Develop onboarding resources (FAQs, guides, videos) to streamline activation.

Provider Support & Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for provider inquiries, issues, or escalations.

  • Provide timely support via email, phone, or chat.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

Platform Feedback & Product Liaison:

  • Gather and document provider feedback on usability and experience.

  • Identify and report bugs, feature requests, and process improvements to the technical team.

  • Collaborate with product/tech teams to prioritize and implement enhancements.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Track onboarding metrics (activation time, drop-offs, satisfaction).

  • Provide regular updates to leadership on provider engagement and issues.

  • Continuously improve onboarding processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare, or Wellness preferred.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years in customer success, account management, or operations, preferably in tech, healthtech, or marketplace platforms.

  • UAE wellness/healthcare industry experience is a strong plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle provider concerns with empathy.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple providers simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with CRMs, ticketing tools, and SaaS platforms.

  • Comfortable collaborating with product/tech teams and translating provider needs into actionable requirements.

  • Bilingual (English + Arabic) is a plus.

Personality Fit:

  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in a startup environment.
