Bombardier is seeking a Proposal Coordinator for its Dubai office. This role supports the front-line sales force and external customers by providing timely and accurate proposals for BBAS after-market services. The ideal candidate will coordinate multiple proposals, ensuring they meet customer needs, pricing, scheduling, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to sales teams and customers by preparing accurate proposals for aircraft after-market services.

• Collaborate with Product Administrators, Schedulers, and Planners to determine pricing, schedule, and downtime.

• Track and manage proposals using Pivotal and Maximo applications.

• Apply special programs, pricing adjustments, and incentives while coordinating with internal and external teams.

• Ensure proposals are accurate, complete, and meet the criteria of Regional Managers.

• Coordinate with Service Center schedulers to determine downtime.

• Review, revise, and submit proposals for approval.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of experience in an aircraft maintenance environment (preferred).

• Knowledge of aircraft service and maintenance programs.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient with MS Office Suite, word processing, spreadsheets, and project management applications.

• Previous experience in aircraft maintenance planning, proposal writing, and/or invoice analysis.

• Familiarity with Pivotal software.
