ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee residential and commercial properties in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves managing leasing, tenant relations, property maintenance, budgets, and ensuring compliance with RERA and Dubai tenancy laws. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property management and strong knowledge of local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of properties.

• Handle leasing, renewals, and tenant relations efficiently.

• Prepare budgets, monitor income and expenses, and ensure timely rent collection.

• Ensure compliance with RERA, Ejari, and Dubai tenancy regulations.

• Provide regular reports to property owners and suggest strategies to maximize returns.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of property management experience in Dubai.

• Strong knowledge of RERA/Ejari and UAE tenancy laws.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI).
