Deals Experts Real Estate LLC is seeking a Property Management Coordinator to join their growing team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates who are already based in Abu Dhabi and have 1–2 years of experience in the UAE property market. The ideal candidate should also have knowledge of business development or sales processes within real estate.

This position requires immediate joiners who are organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. The role offers a competitive base salary, commission, and additional employment benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day property management operations, including tenant communication and lease administration.

• Assist with handling property inquiries and maintenance requests.

• Support business development and sales-related activities.

• Maintain updated records of contracts, tenancy renewals, and compliance documentation.

• Liaise with property owners, tenants, and service providers to ensure smooth property operations.

• Support team operations through strong organizational skills and real-time problem-solving.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently based in Abu Dhabi (relocation is not supported).

• 1–2 years of UAE real estate/property management experience is required.

• Proficient in English; conversational Arabic is required (other languages are a plus).

• Basic understanding of business development and/or sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
