Property Consultant – UAE

Talaat Moustafa Group is looking for a Property Consultant to drive sales, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets within deadlines. This role involves promoting TMG’s real estate products, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to maximize results. The position is ideal for professionals with UAE real estate experience and strong connections in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell TMG’s products through effective negotiations and client engagement.

  • Build and maintain positive business relationships with customers.

  • Reach out to customer leads via referrals and other channels.

  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within set deadlines.

  • Coordinate efforts with team members and other departments to maximize results.

  • Report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products/services.

  • Stay updated with market trends, sales best practices, and promotional activities.

  • Handle customer complaints, develop solutions, and make recommendations to management.

  • Update reports including daily calls, weekly plans, and monthly/annual results.

Candidate Requirements / Key Skills:

  • BA in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of progressive experience in real estate sales.

  • Preferable: UAE sales experience with solid local connections.

  • Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work from alternate locations if required.

  • Commitment to excellent customer service.

  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
