The ideal candidate will have prior experience in UAE real estate, a strong client network, and excellent negotiation skills. The role offers a base salary of AED 2,000 plus an attractive commission structure, making it a highly rewarding opportunity for driven real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through various channels and close property deals effectively.

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.

• Provide expert guidance throughout the real estate transaction process.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property owners.

• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE (required).

• Proven track record in sales or leasing in the Dubai property market.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: AED 2,000 per month
