Role Overview:

As a Property Consultant at Etagi Real Estate, you will be responsible for guiding clients through real estate transactions, offering expert market advice, and ensuring a seamless property buying, selling, or renting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional advice on property investments, financing options, and market conditions.
• Assist clients in making informed decisions that align with their real estate goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, including agents, lenders, attorneys, and inspectors.
• Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and review contracts, leases, deeds, and other legal documents with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to close successful deals.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Language Requirements:

• Russian – Fluent
• English – Fluent
• Czech – Fluent
