The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties across Dubai. Ideal candidates will be fluent in Persian and English, have a strong background in sales, and be motivated to grow in the dynamic Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Persian-speaking clients and assess their property needs.

• Promote real estate properties across Dubai, including primary and secondary markets.

• Conduct property tours, consultations, and close deals with potential buyers.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and manage a robust pipeline.

• Stay informed on Dubai’s property laws, trends, and new project launches.

• Use CRM tools to maintain accurate client and deal records.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Persian (Farsi) and English.

• Proven experience in sales; real estate experience is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-centric.
