The consultant will play a key role in selling residential and commercial property units, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships to close successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell residential and commercial property units from the company’s inventory

• Conduct property showings and negotiations on behalf of clients

• Understand clients’ real estate needs and provide tailored solutions

• Generate leads and expand the client base through networking

• Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values

• Maintain strong client relationships with consistent follow-ups

• Conduct demonstrations and site visits to support sales efforts

• Facilitate the end-to-end property sales process, ensuring all paperwork is completed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
