Key Responsibilities:

🏡 Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
📍 Conduct property viewings and provide detailed insights on listings
🤝 Build and maintain relationships with clients, owners, and investors
📊 Offer market trends and advice to guide informed decisions
📂 Maintain and grow a portfolio of properties for business expansion
📝 Negotiate property deals and ensure high client satisfaction

📑 Stay informed about legal and regulatory requirements in the Dubai real estate market

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 1 year of real estate experience
✔ Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and property types
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills
✔ Proven track record of meeting sales targets
✔ Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
✔ Arabic fluency is a plus; multilingual candidates are welcome
✔ Highly organized, self-driven, and a team player
