About the Role

AX CAPITAL, a leading real estate agency in Dubai, is seeking a highly motivated Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is a commission-only role, offering unlimited earning potential, access to high-quality leads, and the opportunity to work with top developers in the UAE. Key Responsibilities:

✔ Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers.
✔ Property Sales & Leasing: Facilitate buying, selling, and renting transactions with professionalism and expertise.
✔ Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and competitor activity.
✔ Lead Management: Utilize CRM tools (Bitrix 24 preferred) to manage leads and maximize sales.
✔ Negotiation & Closing: Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth transactions.

Candidate Requirements:

🔹 Real estate experience or strong sales background preferred (but not essential).
🔹 Fluency in English (written & verbal).
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
🔹 Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
🔹 Professional, reliable, and adaptable to market dynamics.
🔹 Smart business attire is required.
