Overview
We are seeking motivated and experienced Property Consultants to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. As part of one of the UAE’s most dynamic markets, you will play a vital role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service and expert market guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties.

• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed insights on features and benefits.

• Assess client needs and recommend suitable property options.

• Negotiate and finalize offers, contracts, and agreements between parties.

• Stay updated on Dubai’s property laws, market trends, and community developments.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and expand industry networks.

• Prepare and present professional property proposals with clarity and accuracy.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and legal frameworks.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of independent work.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Valid UAE driving licence with flexibility to travel across Dubai.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Attested educational certificate.

• Financial readiness: must have a minimum of 6 months’ savings for self-support in a commission-based role.

• Availability to join immediately.

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission-based earnings: AED 100,000 – 500,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

• Visa and medical insurance provided.
