Aura Elite Realty LLC is looking for motivated and client-focused Property Consultants to join their dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for sourcing and converting leads, managing property viewings, negotiations, and guiding clients through the entire transaction process while maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Source, qualify, and convert buyer and seller leads efficiently.

• Promote off-plan and ready properties via digital platforms and marketing tools.

• Conduct property viewings and lead client negotiations and deal closures.

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and property developers.

• Assist clients through documentation, financing, and transaction processes.

• Keep updated with market trends, pricing, and property inventory.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented attitude.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and property marketing platforms.

• RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.

• Comfort with creating or appearing in marketing videos is a plus.
