Key Responsibilities:
🔑 Sales & Business Development:

• Engage with potential buyers, sellers, and renters to facilitate property transactions.

• Provide exceptional service to clients, advising them on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.

• Build and maintain a strong client base, utilizing both company leads and your own network.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate new business opportunities.

🔑 Market Knowledge & Client Relations:

• Stay up-to-date on the latest market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments in Dubai.

• Offer professional advice on property selection, investment opportunities, and negotiations.

• Represent RE/MAX in a professional manner, fostering long-term relationships with clients.

🔑 Team Collaboration & Development:

• Work closely with the sales team to share market insights and opportunities.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve sales techniques and personal development.

• Collaborate with other agents to maximize market exposure and property visibility.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus).

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.

• Ability to work in a team environment while achieving individual sales goals.

• UAE driving license and access to a car are required.

• Must be comfortable with a commission-based income structure.

• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.

• Additional languages are a plus.
