Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Property Consultant to assist clients in making informed property-purchasing decisions. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in real estate consultancy, market trends, and property development to provide exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in making sound property-purchasing decisions based on their needs, preferences, and financial considerations.

• Identify potential clients through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.

• Analyze market trends, demographics, and property values to identify profitable and desirable areas.

• Develop and maintain an extensive database of properties for sale to offer clients a broad range of options.

• Create strategies to enhance the value of properties for clients looking to sell.

• Conduct negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients to secure favorable deals.

• Collaborate with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents and ensure compliance with regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Developer experience is mandatory, with a strong background in property development and consultancy.

• Brokerage experience with a proven track record in off-plan sales will be considered.

• A stable job history; candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered.

• Age limit: Maximum 35 years.
