Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Off-plan Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in The Greens, Dubai. If you have a passion for real estate and want to work in a results-driven, commission-based environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Generation: Proactively engage in outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into opportunities.

• Market Appraisals: Conduct property appraisals for new listings and stay updated with market trends.

• Lead Management: Qualify incoming leads, arrange viewings, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all listings and transactions.

• Negotiation: Act as the intermediary between buyers and sellers to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

• Client Relationship Management: Build strong, transparent relationships with clients, landlords, and property owners to foster trust and loyalty.

• Use CRM Tools: Efficiently manage property listings and leads using the company’s CRM system.

Role Requirements

• Proven experience in off-plan real estate sales in the Dubai market.

• RERA License is mandatory.

• Strong business generation skills, with a proactive approach to outbound calling and lead management.

• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

• A valid UAE driving license is required.

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
