Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the real estate market.

• Provide expert advice to clients on pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities.

• Conduct property viewings and professionally represent properties to potential buyers or renters.

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients, including buyers, sellers, and investors.

• Develop and implement property marketing strategies across various channels.

• Promote and sell both off-plan and ready-to-move-in properties from leading developers.

• Guide clients through the full transaction process—from inquiries to property handover.

• Deliver accurate market analyses and customized property reports.

• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and ensure excellent post-sale client service.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or as a property consultant in the UAE market.

• Strong closing abilities and confidence in deal negotiation.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client-facing skills.

• Familiarity with Dubai’s property laws, real estate platforms, and market trends.

• Proficient in CRM systems and property management tools.

• Analytical and proactive approach to client needs and market behavior.

• Valid UAE driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred).
