Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and manage property details for marketing campaigns.

• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate laws and regulations.

• Conduct property valuations and participate in the process.

• Organize and attend property viewings.

• Negotiate with clients (buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords).

• Collaborate with Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.

• Follow up with clients post-viewing for feedback and support.

• Stay on top of local market trends and developments.

• Generate new business through networking and lead database.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

• A sales-driven mindset and passion for client service.

• Sales experience preferred but not essential.

• Professional appearance (smart business dress required).
