Job Overview

We are hiring Property Advisors who are fluent in German, Italian, or Dutch to work with our Off-Plan team. You will guide buyers through the real estate process, manage listings, and close deals, while maintaining Tanami Properties’ high standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Interview clients to assess property preferences and financial capabilities.

• Schedule and conduct property viewings and inspections.

• Advise sellers on property staging and valuation.

• Educate buyers on legal procedures, mortgage options, and market trends.

• Ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.

• Handle all documentation including listing forms, Form A, title deeds, and IDs.

• Manage property closings, contracts, and fund disbursement.

• Promote property listings through direct outreach and digital channels.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate laws and market conditions.

• Represent Tanami Properties in a professional and ethical manner.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Fluency in German, Italian, or Dutch is mandatory

• Experience in Dubai real estate is a plus but not required

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills

• Willingness to work in a performance-based environment

• Knowledge of RERA and real estate documentation is preferred

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Valid UAE driving license preferred
