The role focuses on promoting off-plan property investments to both local and international clients. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Project Knowledge

• Stay informed about the latest UAE real estate developments and projects

• Understand project features, pricing, investment potential, and payment plans

🔹 Road Shows & Events

• Organize and represent the company at local and international road shows

• Engage with potential investors and clients to showcase projects and create brand awareness

🔹 Kiosk & Exhibition Management

• Set up and manage real estate kiosks at malls, exhibitions, and events

• Generate leads and promote new developments to walk-in visitors

🔹 Client Relationship Management

• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients looking to invest in off-plan properties

• Provide consultation tailored to their investment goals

🔹 Off-Plan Presentations & Sales

• Present property investment options to clients with a clear breakdown of ROI, timeline, and legal aspects

• Guide clients through the purchase process — from pre-sales to handover

🔹 Negotiation & Closing

• Secure successful deals by negotiating terms and finalizing contracts

• Liaise with legal teams and developers to ensure smooth handovers

🔹 Customer Service

• Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the sales journey

🔹 Lead Generation & Networking

• Proactively generate new business through referrals, social networking, and industry events

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Science, Arts, Business, or similar)

• 1 to 6 years of real estate sales experience (off-plan preferred)

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

• Excellent English; other language skills are a plus

• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and regulations
