This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, offering expert market advice, and ensuring seamless property transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on property market trends, prices, and locations.
• Assist clients with property purchases, sales, and rentals.
• Conduct property viewings and recommend suitable options based on client needs.
• Negotiate terms and prices between buyers, sellers, and renters.
• Maintain updated knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and competitor activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants.
• Handle administrative tasks related to property transactions.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or property management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional qualifications (e.g., Real Estate License) are an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
