We are looking for enthusiastic promoters to represent BrokerDeck at events, interact with brokers, and attract new users to the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

🎤 Event Engagement & Promotion

• Represent BrokerDeck at developer events where brokers gather.
• Present the platform’s features, benefits, and value to brokers.
• Create a friendly and professional atmosphere, enhancing BrokerDeck’s brand image.

📝 User Acquisition & Support

• Assist brokers with the registration process, answer their queries, and encourage engagement.
• Conduct conversion-focused interactions to increase the platform’s user base.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new users.

📊 Market Insights & Feedback Collection

• Gather valuable feedback from brokers to improve platform usability.
• Report insights on broker needs, industry trends, and engagement challenges.

Skills & Qualifications:

💼 Experience & Language Skills

• Prior experience in promotions, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with professionals.
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic, Russian, or other languages is an advantage).

🎭 Personality & Work Ethic

• Presentable appearance, friendly and approachable personality.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions & Compensation:

⏳ Work Schedule & Pay

• Part-time role (event-based participation).
• Compensation: 300 AED per shift.
• Performance-Based Bonus: 7 AED per registration (minimum 20 registrations required for bonus eligibility).
