Job Description:
Build Corp Interiors is seeking an experienced and visionary Projects Director to lead and oversee luxury residential interior fitout projects in Dubai, UAE. This senior leadership role requires a dynamic professional with a strong background in interior design, project management, and high-end residential construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project excellence, maintaining client satisfaction, and delivering world-class interior solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple luxury interior fitout projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage project managers, designers, and site teams to drive performance and efficiency.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design standards, and address any issues proactively.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports, updates, and proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure all projects comply with local regulations and safety standards.
• Drive innovation and best practices in interior design and project management to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Participate in bidding and business development, contributing expertise to secure high-profile projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in project management within the luxury residential interior design and build sector.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-end residential projects from concept to completion.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, interior design principles, and construction processes.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Deep understanding of Dubai’s luxury residential market, regulations, and best practices.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 30,000 – 35,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
