ANTA, one of the world’s leading sportswear brands, is hiring a Project Supervisor in Dubai to oversee the complete design and build-out of new retail stores across the UAE. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for candidates experienced in retail store construction, fit-outs, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of store construction projects, from design to grand opening.

• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, operations) and external stakeholders (e.g., architects, contractors, mall management).

• Manage project timelines, budgets, permits, and on-site execution.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.

• Resolve construction issues quickly and effectively with vendors and contractors.

• Ensure procurement and installation of fixtures and equipment meet ANTA standards.

• Provide regular status updates and risk assessments to senior management.

• Assist with facility maintenance handover and develop contractor/supplier networks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in store design, fit-out, or commercial project supervision.

• Strong understanding of retail construction workflows and UAE regulations.

• Proven project management abilities and multitasking skills.

• Able to interpret architectural drawings and manage site teams independently.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing store projects in UAE/GCC shopping malls.

• Knowledge of ANTA’s brand aesthetics or fashion/sportswear retail design.

• Certifications such as PMP, LEED, or similar.

• Bilingual communication (Arabic/English) is advantageous for local coordination.
