Job Title: Project Specification Manager

Job Description:

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a prestigious company specializing in luxury building materials and high-end architectural products. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Specification Manager to lead the specification process, working closely with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors to ensure seamless product integration into premium projects.

As both a technical advisor and a brand ambassador, you will play a crucial role in influencing design decisions and ensuring project success across luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors to promote product specifications

• Conduct presentations, lunch & learns, showroom tours, and engagement sessions to drive product demand

• Provide technical expertise, including compliance information, performance data, and installation guidance

• Manage the project specification pipeline using CRM systems from concept to final delivery

• Prepare and update product specifications, technical cut sheets, and sustainability documentation

• Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent communication and strategy alignment

• Stay updated on building codes, LEED requirements, sustainability standards, and evolving design trends relevant to luxury architecture

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in project specifications within the luxury building materials industry

• Established network of architects, designers, developers, and contractors in premium projects

• Strong knowledge of design and construction processes, from concept through installation

• Proficiency in reviewing architectural drawings and technical specifications

• Hands-on experience in project management, CRM, and pipeline tracking tools

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset
