DSV, one of the world’s largest global suppliers of transport and logistics, is seeking a Project Specialist – Operations for its Dubai office. This on-site, full-time role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in logistics project coordination, especially within the Oil & Gas, Energy, and EPC sectors in the MENA region. The role will report to the Project Manager and support seamless project implementation through collaboration with cross-functional teams and meticulous operational planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate operations-related projects ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines

• Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive project plans and operational strategies

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth project execution

• Work on pricing and tailor logistics solutions based on customer requirements

• Collect and consolidate documentation and information for timely and complete tender submissions

• Review bid packages and monitor budgets to avoid overruns

• Support internal/external meetings with minutes of meetings and presentations

• Handle multiple projects, ensuring timely closeout of pending deliverables

• Maintain communication with clients, respond to inquiries, and manage documentation

• Analyze market data and suggest business opportunities to management

• Ensure prompt and accurate invoicing and cost tracking

• Support KPI achievements and maintain compliance with DSV’s Code of Conduct

Communication Scope:

• Internal: Commercial team, Finance, Product Management, Tender Management, Operations

• External: Clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent

• 3–5 years’ experience in project logistics, sales support, or order processing (preferably in MENA)

• Industry knowledge in Oil & Gas, Energy, or EPC logistics

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills

• Organized, energetic, and results-driven

• Strong multitasking and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to analyze data and deliver practical, effective solutions
