ABB is seeking a Project Manager in Dubai to lead the execution of medium-sized projects, ensuring compliance with ABB quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements. The role involves planning, scheduling, cost management, risk control, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project execution in coordination with the Operations Manager.
• Ensure adherence to ABB quality standards across the project lifecycle.
• Provide internal and external customer support, including order and payment-related assistance.
• Monitor and control project costs to maintain budgets and improve margins.
• Keep customers informed about project progress and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate customer issue resolution related to orders, payments, and technical aspects.
• Analyze project forecasts and statistics using available tools.
• Work closely with sales, SCM, and logistics teams to align project timelines with business objectives.

Skills & Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or Industrial preferred).
• PMP Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Basware System, BOL, and OMS.
• Experience in order processing, commercial terms, LC/BG handling.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
