We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee game development projects and lead remote teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage game development projects using Unreal Engine (UE).

• Lead and hire a remote team of game developers and designers.

• Collaborate on company-owned game projects, with an opportunity for equity shares.

• Oversee client projects with a percentage-based compensation model.

• Ensure high-quality game delivery, meeting deadlines and project goals.

• Provide mentorship and leadership, guiding the team toward growth and success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Unreal Engine game development and indie game design.

• Strong project management skills and experience in leading remote teams.
