Johnson Controls is hiring a Project Manager – ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Security Systems to lead and manage security system projects across the Middle East, based in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position requires an experienced professional capable of overseeing end-to-end project execution, team management, and client communication. The role involves managing timelines, costs, quality, and safety, ensuring all deliverables align with customer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the project team, including site engineers and technicians

• Monitor and manage engineering projects ensuring adherence to QA/QC policies and client specifications

• Communicate daily with clients to address needs and represent the company professionally

• Prepare and manage technical documents such as drawings, method statements, and inspection plans

• Ensure timely project billing and payment collection

• Oversee project costs, scope, and timelines, preparing reports for stakeholders

• Handle subcontractor agreements, performance, billing, and dispute resolution

• Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations and QHSE guidelines

• Archive all project-related documentation per internal protocols

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or similar field

• 10–12 years of experience managing ELV/security system projects in the GCC

• Proven leadership in multi-project execution

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Expertise in client-facing roles and stakeholder management

• Familiarity with SIRA regulations

• Excellent multitasking, negotiation, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or other project management certifications

• Experience with Tier 1 contractors

• Arabic language proficiency (spoken and written)

• Certifications in relevant security system products

• Proficiency with tools like MS Project and contract management platforms
