Project Manager – Roads & Transportation

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Roads & Transportation to oversee infrastructure projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and in-depth knowledge of transportation project management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of roads and transportation projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community representatives.
• Implement project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 13+ years of experience managing roads and transportation projects.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of UAE transportation regulations.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
