Job Description:
A leading infrastructure firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Roads & Transportation to oversee the execution of transportation and road projects in the UAE. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and project management to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage roads & transportation projects from planning to completion.

• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Collaborate with government agencies, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive project success.

• Utilize project management methodologies to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.

• Ensure full regulatory compliance with UAE transportation and infrastructure standards.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.

• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Experience: 13+ years in roads and transportation project management.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and other project management tools.

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 preferred.

• Expertise: Strong knowledge of UAE transportation regulations and budget management.

• Leadership: Proven experience in team management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving.
