Khalifa Holding Group is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – Roads and Bridges to oversee major infrastructure projects in Libya. This role also acts as Deputy Managing Director, offering leadership across strategic, operational, and construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage roads and bridges construction projects ensuring timely and quality delivery.

• Act as Deputy Managing Director, providing operational and strategic support across projects.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, safety, and quality standards.

• Enforce compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.

• Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and government authorities to drive project success.

• Monitor, review, and report on project budgets and progress to executive leadership.

• Oversee and implement Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) protocols.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• 15–20 years of project management experience, specifically in large-scale road and bridge construction.

• Strong technical expertise in material management, project planning, and construction methodologies.

• Proven leadership abilities managing large teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Libya and work in challenging conditions.
