Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee end-to-end integration and onboarding of Alpaca’s enterprise customers worldwide. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineers, product teams, and compliance professionals to launch complex brokerage API projects in equity, crypto, and options trading.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage API integration projects for enterprise fintech clients

  • Act as the main liaison between internal teams and external partners

  • Track milestones, risks, and deliverables using project management tools

  • Drive weekly check-ins and communicate updates to leadership

  • Troubleshoot issues and help partners meet onboarding requirements (KYC, AML, etc.)

  • Document onboarding workflows and improve partner integration efficiency

  • Represent customer feedback internally and ensure prioritization of key features

  • Stay current on Alpaca’s product roadmap and lead go-to-market efforts


What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of enterprise project management experience

  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

  • Experience in Fintech or working with APIs and financial applications

  • Comfortable using tools like Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, Postman

  • Familiarity with brokerage or crypto platforms is a strong plus

  • Ability to work flexible hours with global customers

  • Startup mindset and a passion for innovation


Bonus Skills:

  • Technical background with REST/WebSocket APIs

  • Experience with customer success or enablement

  • Understanding of financial markets or trading applications
