Dicetek LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic IT projects in the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in banking operations, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation, with expertise in project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure in retail, corporate, or digital banking domains.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Develop detailed project plans, manage risks/issues, and align projects with business goals.

• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior leadership.

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in the banking/financial services domain.

• Strong knowledge of banking processes, products, and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
