iSteer is actively hiring a Project Manager (IBM Specialist) to lead the migration and transformation of IBM middleware technologies as part of a major modernization program. The ideal candidate will have proven experience handling complex middleware migration projects, excellent project planning and stakeholder management skills, and a strong understanding of IBM technologies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IBM middleware migration projects

• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and resource strategies

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope to align with business goals

• Act as the liaison between technical teams, business users, and executive leadership

• Conduct regular progress meetings and resolve project issues

• Implement change management strategies to minimize business disruption

• Oversee vendor and third-party partner coordination

• Maintain project documentation, including risks, requirements, and reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

• 7+ years of IT project management experience; 3+ years in middleware migration projects

• Strong understanding of IBM middleware technologies

• PMP certification preferred

• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, etc.)

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Strong risk mitigation and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on experience replacing IBM middleware systems

• Exposure to cloud migration projects

• Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices

• Background in regulated industries like finance or healthcare

• Understanding of ITIL frameworks
