Siemens Energy is looking for a Project Manager for External Customer Projects to join its team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be part of the global project execution core team, managing large-scale energy projects while ensuring time, quality, and financial objectives are met. The role requires expertise in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement within the gas services, power generation, and energy transition sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Project Execution & Leadership

• Lead external customer projects with a focus on time, quality, and financial success.
• Act as a primary representative of the project in the country of execution.
• Collaborate with a global, interdisciplinary, and intercultural team.
• Manage project risks, compliance, and execution challenges.

🔹 Stakeholder Management

• Represent the project in front of internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with senior management, engineers, suppliers, and partners.
• Provide strategic guidance and ensure effective communication across all teams.

🔹 Continuous Improvement

• Share experiences and contribute to process improvements in project management.
• Support digitalization, decarbonization, and modernization initiatives in the energy sector.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Engineering, Natural Science, or Management degree.
✔ Experience in project management within Gas Turbine (GT), Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP), or similar energy projects.
✔ Strong understanding of commercial and contractual aspects.
✔ Experience in managing project teams with a result-oriented approach.
✔ Project Management Certification (PM@Siemens or IPMA preferred).
✔ Excellent English communication skills (German & additional languages are a plus).
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership & teamwork capabilities.
