The company is seeking a Project Manager – Fit-out to lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high-quality execution, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Project Planning & Execution

• Oversee and manage fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.

🔹 Expediting & Logistics Management

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely material deliveries.
• Supervise site inspections, progress tracking, and troubleshooting project delays.
• Implement logistics strategies to optimize project timelines and cost efficiency.

🔹 Team Leadership & Client Coordination

• Lead site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders regarding project status.
• Resolve on-site issues, delays, and technical challenges to maintain workflow.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
✔ Proven experience in project management within the fit-out and interior construction industry.
✔ Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
✔ Expertise in expediting, inspection, and logistics management.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
